I aim to make sure that you always feel comfortable because therapy can be hard, and just starting can be scary.
I believe that we all have the ability to make change and feel more content with life. My job is to provide you with the tools and give you the time and space to work things through.
My sessions are relaxed, free-flowing, and will go at your pace. These sessions are yours; you set the agenda, and I support you on your journey.

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will, in most circumstances, mean that the session must still be paid for.
