I am a qualified counsellor with a deep passion for supporting people through life’s challenges.
My journey into counselling began many years ago. I started working with people with learning disabilities. After this, I trained as a registered nurse, providing physical and emotional care and support to people experiencing physical health issues. These experiences have shaped me; they have helped me develop compassion and patience, and fully understand the importance of treating every person as the unique individual they are.
Like many of my clients, I have experienced my fair share of challenges, and this led me to understand how vital it is to feel listened to and understood without feeling judged.
I use my academic qualifications alongside my real-world lived experience to offer a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space where you can explore the challenges you are facing.
I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or simply feel stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace, in your own way.
